Service Description

Whether we come to you or you come to us, we cater for professional staff portraits to businesses of all sizes. We bring our lighting and backgrounds to you or work with your space to create staff portraits unique to your brand. With the initial consultation either in person or via video call, we will learn what you are looking to achieve in terms of portrait style, staff volume and timings. 2 days after the shoot session you will receive a proofing gallery with folders for every staff member from which your nominated coordinator can make selections for the final image to be retouched with one image per staff included. Additional images can be ordered at $50 per image. Final images will be delivered for download 7 days after receiving the confirmation that your selections are final. The gallery will be available for 12 months from the shoot date, in which time selections must be made and after which the gallery may not be available. Please read our Terms and Conditions Staff Portrait Photography – Summary of Booking Conditions Please review the key booking terms below before confirming: - Bookings: Finalise the correct number of staff at the time of booking—changes are not permitted later. - No-Shows: Full fees apply even if fewer staff attend on the day. - Payment: Prepayment is required via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay). - Session Time: Allow approx. 15–20 minutes per staff member, depending on booking time and allowing for buffer between subjects. - Cancellations: - More than 7 days prior: No charge - 7–48 hours prior: 50% charge - Less than 48 hours: Full fee charged - Late Arrivals: May result in reduced session time. - On-Location Setup: A clean, quiet space is required. Travel fees may apply outside standard areas. - Preparation: Staff should arrive on time and dressed appropriately. - Image Delivery: Edited digital files delivered in 10 business days. Advanced retouching available at extra cost. - Usage: Images licensed for internal use; commercial use requires additional licensing. - Weather (Outdoor Shoots): Reschedules due to poor weather must be made >24 hours in advance. - Health Reschedules: No fee if notified 24+ hours in advance. - Liability: Clients must provide a safe environment.
