I'm not a big fan of self-promotion — and photographers, myself included, can sometimes take the whole thing a little too seriously. That said, I care deeply about the craft of photography and how it can hold space for a moment, a relationship, or a memory — without needing to shout about it.
I've spent the past 15+ years photographing weddings, portraits, and events across Sydney, the South Coast, and beyond. My work has taken me from intimate elopements in the Southern Highlands to large-scale shoots for media institutions like AFR Magazine and the Sydney Morning Herald.
My approach is part observational, part directed. I find the best light, offer gentle guidance, and let people show up as themselves. What I’m aiming for are images that feel lived-in, honest, and quietly elegant — not overly staged or emotionally forced.
