Cancellation Policy

Event Photography Booking Policy Thank you for choosing us to capture your event! Please review our booking policy below to ensure a smooth and successful experience. Booking and Payment Terms 1. Deposit and Payment: - A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event photography booking. This deposit must be paid at the time of booking and is **non-refundable**. - The **remaining balance** is due **30 days prior** to the event date. Full payment can be made via **card** (Visa, MasterCard, or Amex). 2. Final Payment: - The final balance must be received 30 days before the event. If not received, the booking will be canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded. Cancellations and Rescheduling 3. Cancellations: - Cancellations 30+ days prior to the event will forfeit the $500 deposit only. - Cancellations within 30 days will require full payment of the booking fee, which is non-refundable. 4. Rescheduling: - If rescheduling is necessary, we will accommodate based on availability. Rescheduling within 30 days of the event will incur a*$500 fee and must occur within 12 months of the original booking. Session Details 5. Event Duration: - The agreed-upon event coverage time is outlined in the contract. Any additional hours requested on the event day will be charged at the hourly rate specified in the agreement. 6. Travel Fees: - Additional travel fees may apply if the event is outside the photographer’s standard service area. Image Delivery and Usage Rights 7. Image Delivery: - Your images will be delivered through an online gallery. The final edited images will be ready within 4–6 weeks after the event. 8. Usage Rights: - All images remain the copyright of the photographer. Clients are granted **unlimited personal usage rights** (e.g., sharing on social media, printing for personal use). Commercial use is not allowed without prior written consent and may incur additional licensing fees. General Information 9. Client Conduct: - Clients are responsible for informing guests of the photographer’s presence and ensuring a suitable environment for the shoot. 10. Late Arrivals: - Please ensure the event runs on time. Late arrivals may reduce coverage, and additional charges may apply for extended time. 11. Venue Access. - The photographer must have access to the venue as agreed. Clients are responsible for ensuring proper access and permissions for the photographer.
