Cancellation Policy

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to ensure everything goes smoothly for your upcoming session. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellations or changes Less than 72 hours before the session will result in a loss of the 50% booking fee. Cancellations or changes made less than 1 Day before the session will forfeit the full booking fee, and a new session must be booked, subject to availability. Non-studio locations are to be arranged by hiring organisation and need all location permissions arranged prior to booking. We can provide insurance statements as required. Studio Bookings and Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals may result in a reduced session time, and we may not be able to extend beyond the scheduled time. Upon arrival, please call the photographer or use the #1 button on the intercom to notify us of your presence. . Session Details Session Duration: The session lasts up to 4 hours, starting promptly at the scheduled time. Image Delivery: After the session, your images will be delivered via an online gallery, where you can select your final retouched image(s). 10 images are included in the package. Additional images are available for purchase at $55 per image. Image Selection and Retouching: You will choose your final image(s) from the online gallery. The selected image(s) will be professionally retouched before delivery. Copyright and Usage Rights Photographer’s Copyright: All images remain the copyright of the photographer. You are granted unlimited general usage rights for personal use, such as sharing on social media and printing for personal display. Third-Party Use: Images may not be used for commercial purposes or resold to third parties without the photographer’s consent. A license fee may apply for commercial use, negotiated on a case-by-case basis. General Information Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, and we cannot guarantee additional time. Client Conduct: Clients should be dressed and ready at the start of the session. Please make sure any preparation is done beforehand. Studio Rules: Please respect the studio environment. Additional guests or pets are not allowed unless agreed upon in advance.
